About us
Swiftrorbit has been advising property buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers in Mombasa since 2017 — quietly, carefully, and without drama.
Swiftrorbit is a boutique property agency based in Nyali, Mombasa. We cover the full range of residential and commercial property services: sales, rentals, formal valuations, and consulting for clients who want honest analysis before making a decision. We are a deliberately small team — never more than six people — because we believe that the quality of advice deteriorates when an agency gets too big to know its own market. Every client who instructs us works directly with one of our advisors from the first phone call to the final handover. We don't pass files between departments or hand you to a junior once the instruction is signed. Our clients include Kenyan residents making a first purchase, diaspora investors managing assets from abroad, landlords with portfolios of two to fifteen properties, and occasional commercial clients needing site assessments or development feasibility advice. We operate exclusively in Mombasa County — Nyali, Bamburi, Kisauni, Tudor, Likoni, and the wider coastal strip — which means we know its micro-markets in genuine detail.
We've been operating on this coastline since 2017, and in that time we've completed over 180 transactions across sales, rentals, and valuations. That number matters less to us than the fact that the majority of our instructions come from repeat clients or referrals — people who know someone we've helped before. We work by appointment and by referral, which keeps our caseload manageable and our advice sharp. On the valuation side, we follow standard Kenyan methodology and cross-reference recent, verifiable transactions — we don't inflate figures to please clients or to win instructions. On the sales side, we set asking prices grounded in evidence and negotiate with buyers firmly but fairly. On the rental side, we screen tenants rigorously because a bad tenant costs a landlord far more than a slow one costs us. There are things we are clear about not being able to control: global interest rates, Central Bank of Kenya policy decisions, infrastructure timelines, and shifts in diaspora buyer sentiment. When those factors affect a client's outcome, we say so plainly. We don't overpromise and we don't disappear when things get complicated.
Our office is on Nyali Road in Mombasa. We're available Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, and Saturday mornings from 09:00 to 13:00. You can also reach us by phone or email any working day.
